About the Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement across our payment products. As a strategic Executive Manager, you will lead a team of four direct reports and collaborate with senior leaders to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive payment product growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Proactively drive new business acquisitions and cross-sell initiatives for our payment products within key business segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive client awareness of payment products.
  • Act as a central point of contact for our payment product team, partnering with frontline teams on major sales efforts.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of professional services experience in payments, transaction banking, corporate development, or related fields.
  • Able to deliver concise and compelling written and verbal updates to senior executives.
  • Highly skilled in structured problem-solving, conceptual thinking, quantitative analysis, and prioritization.
  • Experience leading small teams to achieve maximum leverage across the organization through effective collaboration.
  • Background in customer success project planning and delivery for senior leaders.
