
Administrative Operations Manager

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Contact Centre team.
This role will be responsible for managing the smooth operation of inbound and outbound calls relating to patient bookings, providing ongoing training and development to team members, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes and achieve maximum efficiencies.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of patient workflow in a healthcare setting and the supporting administration processes, policies, procedures, and legislation.
They will also possess highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, as well as highly developed interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additionally, they will have demonstrated experience and passion for process-driven continuous improvement.

They will be integral to the onboarding experience of newly recruited medical receptionists, managing and delivering their induction program.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the Contact Centre team
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve processes and achieve maximum efficiencies
- Assist with rosters, timesheets and leave requests in conjunction with other Administration Team Leaders
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a contact centre environment
- Strong understanding of patient workflow in a healthcare setting and supporting administration processes
- Highly developed organisational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience and passion for process-driven continuous improvement
