Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to play a vital role in managing our office administration. This includes handling incoming enquiries, recruiting and orienting staff, scheduling operations, and monitoring performance.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with customers and their families on a daily basis. You will handle information requests, feedback, general enquiries, and complaints in an empathetic and friendly manner to quickly build rapport and trust.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining operating systems, computer systems, and office equipment. You will also assist with managing the recruitment and orientation of the Care Team and serve as a liaison with the accounts department.

In addition to administrative tasks, this role involves managing customer services enquiries and following our sales process. You will also assist management with business development opportunities across a range of referral sources.

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant tertiary qualification and previous experience in an administrative capacity. You should also have knowledge of the private pay aged care industry and/or Community In-Home Care.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, methodical, and system-oriented. They will possess excellent analytical and report writing skills, as well as the ability to create and promote a positive culture where all staff are valued.
