Job Title: Assistant Merchandise Manager

As an experienced and skilled professional, you will play a key role in developing and implementing product strategies for apparel, accessories, and footwear across our Bespoke ranges.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Merchandise Manager in driving business growth through innovative product development, market trend analysis, and commercial strategy execution.

  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform product development and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Technical, for new product development.
  • Support pricing strategies to ensure commercial expectations are met.
  • Manage the launch of new products into the market and assess their commercial viability.
Requirements:
  • Strong commercial skills and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with a commercial focus in retail or wholesale.
  • Experience managing a product portfolio and analysing performance.
  • Background in industrial brands and ranges, preferably in clothing or footwear.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams, including sales, design, and marketing.
  • Experience in data management and project management.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator, resilient, and results-oriented.
