Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners to drive mutual growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic plans for promotions, forecasting, and in-store execution with retail partners.
  • Utilizing sell-in and POS data to generate actionable insights driving category growth.
  • Managing ranging decisions to retail sell-through, from initial product launches to sustained sales momentum.
  • Providing innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance category management strategies.
  • Collaborating with Product and Demand Planning teams to align market insights with business objectives.
  • Developing and presenting insightful reports supporting financial forecasts and business decision-making.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of growth and established retail connections as a National Account Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or categories within a premium consumer goods company.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerBI.
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and build trust.
  • Energy and confidence in managing multiple priorities.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing.
