Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional technical support and service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert technical assistance to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter with our products.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access tools.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field.
