We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. This critical position involves scheduling audits, coordinating with auditors and clients, and ensuring a seamless certification process.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and confirming appointments with clients and auditors, managing scheduling changes, and resolving conflicts efficiently. They will also ensure compliance with NDIS certification guidelines and deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and auditors.

Requirements
