About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDIS coordinator to join our team. As an NDIS coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS practice standards, code of conduct, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to NDIS regulations and standards.
  • Draft client agreements and employment contracts as required.
  • Complete ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the NDIS sector is required.
  • Proven experience managing or working at a high level within an NDIS business is essential.
  • Ability to communicate complex information about operating a successful and compliant NDIS business.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the NDIS and its operations.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments and willingness to learn new things.
  • Candidates must hold full work rights and be willing to undergo a recent police check and WWCC.
