Job Title: NDIS Payroll Specialist

This is a part-time position within our team, focusing on payroll management and NDIS invoicing.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team in managing and processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for employees. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely NDIS invoicing in line with funding requirements and pricing guidelines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process payroll for employees
  • Ensure accurate and timely NDIS invoicing
  • Reconcile payroll and invoicing discrepancies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS pricing and invoicing changes
  • Prepare and submit tax and superannuation contributions
  • Assist with internal and external audits and provide necessary payroll reports to management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in payroll processing within the NDIS sector, comprehensive knowledge of NDIS invoicing processes and funding guidelines, and strong attention to detail.
