
Ecommerce Business Partnership Specialist

This is a Client Success Manager position with a focus on building strong client partnerships and driving measurable value.
Job DescriptionAs the go-to person for our clients, you will ensure their goals are understood, documented, and supported through data-driven insights, day-to-day operational management, and proactive communication.
You will also play a key role in growing client relationships by identifying opportunities, guiding renewals, and ensuring we continue to be a trusted partner.
- Use BaseUp data to demonstrate impact and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver reports and program reviews, logged and tracked in Jira.
- Cross-selling and growth opportunities — Identify relevant opportunities to foster and expand client relationships.
- Contract Renewals — Drive renewals by demonstrating value and strengthening partnerships.
We're looking for a sharp, proactive operator who knows how to juggle big portfolios without dropping the ball, and who genuinely cares about helping people scale their business.
Key Responsibilities- Guide success, not just service it
- Own a portfolio of around 250 brands and know exactly where each member is on their journey
- Build strategies that keep members engaged, improving, and sticking around for the long haul
- Hold regular check-ins, run quarterly strategy calls, and keep progress moving
- Point them to the right tools at the right time
- Help members overcome roadblocks by connecting them with the right modules, coaches, or playbooks
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years in client success, working in the ecommerce, digital marketing or SaaS space
- Managed large client portfolios and know how to scale care without dropping quality
- Tech-savvy, process-driven, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
