Senior Ecommerce Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Ecommerce Optimization Specialist to enhance the performance of our global ecommerce platforms.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, data-driven position where your insights and experimentation will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • CRO Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy to improve conversion rates and revenue.
  • A/B Testing Leadership: Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives from hypothesis to implementation and reporting.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize usability, accessibility, and mobile optimization.
  • Tactical Execution: Optimize key touchpoints in the customer journey, including navigation, checkout, and landing pages.

Key qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce optimization, digital experimentation, or related fields, as well as proficiency with Shopify, GA4, and CRO tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Visually.io.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in running A/B tests and improving website performance.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer psychology, and digital behavior.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
