Customer Experience Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer - Community Services. This role is vital in connecting people to supports and information in a timely way whilst ensuring they feel heard and valued by the service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high levels of customer service in a community services setting, ensuring contact with clients is marked by professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of community programs and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve successful outcomes.
- Previous experience in a customer service role in a community services setting, with experience working with diverse communities.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
- Demonstrated high level of organisational skills, including the ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, and generate solutions.
- Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions.
