About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer - Community Services. This role is vital in connecting people to supports and information in a timely way whilst ensuring they feel heard and valued by the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high levels of customer service in a community services setting, ensuring contact with clients is marked by professionalism, compassion, and integrity.
  • Support the team in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel heard and valued.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community groups.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community programs and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role in a community services setting, with experience working with diverse communities.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
  • Demonstrated high level of organisational skills, including the ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, and generate solutions.
  • Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions.
