Job Summary:


We are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial processes, compliance, and business growth in our APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, tax management, and finance, with experience in listed international companies.


Key Responsibilities:



  • FP&A and Business Partnering:

    • Oversight of monthly reporting and annual budgeting.
    • Provision of finance support from forecasting to financial reporting and budgeting.
    • Identification and implementation of earnings improvement opportunities and systems enhancements.
    • Maintenance of statutory compliance, including internal/external audits, review reports, and corrective measures.
    • Management of ANZ P&L for budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with APAC requirements.


  • Tax Management & Compliance:

    • Support for quarterly group tax reporting and ongoing tax compliance for all APAC legal entities.
    • Collaboration with the APAC tax function for robust fiscal management, covering BAS, Income Tax, FBT, and WHT.
    • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.



Requirements:



  • Professional Qualification:
  • Experience: At least 3 years accounting experience, preferably in listed international companies.
  • Tax Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in tax management, including BAS, Income Tax, FBT, and WHT.
  • SAP experience is preferred.

Compensation:


The estimated salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a competitive remuneration package, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth.
