About the Role

The Financial Project Controller is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, budget variance analysis, and month-end closure procedures. This includes preparing and posting journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documents. The successful candidate will work closely with Asset/Project Managers and Senior Accountants to ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS and alignment to JV agreements & Deeds.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Project Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting & Finance) and working towards CPA/CA. They will also possess at least five years of experience in similar roles within the real-estate/construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out month-end close procedures including preparation of account reconciliations & financials, posting of journal entries, and organizing supporting documents.
  • Assist the Property Manager and Senior Accountant to ensure accuracy of journal entries and general ledger.
  • Assist with the treasury functions.
  • Assist in annual plan/budget preparation process by preparing revenue projections and variance analysis for certain accounts.
  • Perform Statutory Obligations.
  • Work closely with Asset/Project Managers and Senior Accountants to ensure accuracy of Funding Notices, spend trackers, and financial reporting.
What We Offer
