Job Description

As a Financial Controller Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing financial visibility and control within our APAC region. You will be responsible for supporting budget execution, creating a controlling strategy, defining the roadmap, and interacting with various stakeholders.

Your primary objectives will include:

  • Participating in annual budget creation, establishing processes, and decision criteria for optimal expenditure levels;
  • Verifying accounting entries to ensure accurate financial statements reflect business activity;
  • Providing management with accurate financial information and recommendations for process and cost improvements;
  • Maintaining business activity monitoring through KPIs;
  • Performing cost and business analysis against budget and projections;
  • Controlling budget execution through PO and invoice approval.
Estimated Salary

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000, depending on location and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in English, spoken and written;
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering;
  • At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in a company with physical operations;
  • A background in consultancy, preferably auditing at an accounting firm, and current involvement in business controlling or FP&A.
