Job Description

This is a key support function, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure seamless delivery of IT services. As a Service Delivery Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and service requests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures.

As a Service Delivery Officer, you will be an integral part of our IT team, working closely with other professionals to deliver high-quality services to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
