We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Officer to join our Toowoomba team. As the first point of contact for visitors, this role requires a passion for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and attending to their needs.
  • Managing meeting room calendars and collaborating with colleagues across offices.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and meeting rooms.
  • Answering and directing telephone calls for the business.
  • Booking travel, accommodation, and catering as required.
  • Ordering and maintaining stock of stationery and office supplies.
  • Collecting and distributing mail and coordinating courier bookings.
  • Supporting the Project teams with document management tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high-level working knowledge of MS Office and Teams.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
