- Mail and Courier Services: Collect and distribute all incoming mail, coordinate outgoing mail, and book courier services as needed.
- Executive Support: Work closely with Executive Assistants to coordinate and run personal errands and complete ad-hoc administration tasks for Senior Management.
- Document Management: Support the Project teams with archiving and other document management tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate a high-level working knowledge of MS Office and Teams.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of administration and customer service principles.
- Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business.
- Teamwork: Be able to work effectively within a team, consistently demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude.
- Adaptability: Enjoy a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
