About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our administration team as an Administration Support Officer. As the first point of contact for our service, you will be responsible for managing our reception and providing professional and efficient support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support duties, including reception, mail management, and document preparation.
  • Offer advice and information on Ozcare's products and services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve exceptional service delivery and support.
Requirements
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current Queensland drivers' licence
  • Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
