About the Role:
The L&D Administrator will report directly to the L&D lead. This role demands an individual who is exceptionally organized, solution-oriented, and possesses substantial experience in L&D administration. A robust background in L&D operations, familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), and adept project management capabilities are essential. A genuine enthusiasm for learning and development, coupled with the ability to handle a diverse workload, is vital for thriving in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for L&D initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Coordinate L&D activities across various time zones, including training sessions and presentations.
- Manage project-related tasks to guarantee the timely and effective execution of learning programs.
- Demonstrate experience in managing and maintaining LMS.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a L&D coordination or administrative capacity. Proficiency in LMS and project management, along with a passion for learning and development, are critical for success in this role.
