About the Role:
The Learning and Development Coordinator will report into the Learning and Development Lead. The position requires someone who is highly organized, solution-focused, and experienced in Learning and Development administration. This candidate should have a strong background in Learning and Development administration, experience with Learning Management Systems, and project management skills. Passion for Learning and Development and the ability to manage a varied workload are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for Learning and Development initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Organise Learning and Development activities across different time zones, including courses and presentations.
- Handle project-related tasks to ensure timely and effective delivery of learning programmes.
- Experience working on and maintaining Learning Management Systems.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Learning and Development coordination or administrative role previously. Experienced in Learning Management Systems and project management skills with a passion for Learning and Development and the ability to manage a varied workload are crucial for success in this role.
