**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Leadership and Team Management**: Provide leadership to a team of training professionals, partnering with multiple business areas across the national footprint.
  • **Business Partnership**: Drive continuous improvement and innovation through transformational and dynamic talent learning delivery, ensuring all programs meet current business strategic objectives, including regulatory and company policy requirements.
  • **Learning Strategy and Design**: Design, deploy, and optimize the career development program across the varying employee cohorts, applying highly developed specialist skills, learning strategies, and solutions in accordance with business objectives, policy, and regulatory requirements.
  • **External Partnerships**: Own external partner relationships, building valuable, effective, and accountable partnerships.
  • **Learning Team Development**: Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the learning team to deliver best practice outcomes.
  • **Operational Learning**: Work in partnership with senior leaders and the management group to provide relevant and practical advice across all operational learning activities with a focus on optimization.
  • **Capability Workshops**: Build, develop, and deploy capability workshops across the varying tenure groups of the organization.

**Requirements**

  • **Leadership Experience**: Previous experience developing and leading an internal Leadership Program, ideally working with competency frameworks.
  • **Business Acumen**: Ability to demonstrate your ability to identify business needs and develop learning strategies in support of business objectives.
  • **Digital Learning**: Experience with digital learning platforms is beneficial.
  • **Learning Package Creation**: Previous experience in the creation and delivery of learning packages, including some instructional design.
  • **Interpersonal and Communication Skills**: Possess advanced interpersonal and communication skills, including strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • **Team Building**: Ability to build a high-performance team through structured ways of working and coaching methodologies.
