About the Role

In collaboration with the wider Professional and Commercial (P&C) team, this position is responsible for supporting Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd through learning needs assessments, creation and delivery of training programs, and by promoting and fostering a learning culture. It also performs associated reporting and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs. Design and deliver compliance, system, and process training programs and packages specific to the needs of different Business Units and positions.
  • Support Technical Trainers across Sg Fleet Australia Pty Ltd with the coordination and delivery of role-specific training, ensuring that learning standards are met consistently.
  • Assist in the development of training matrices and induction/orientation programs. Assist in developing training programs, including e-learning modules, in-person training, and other educational and information materials.
  • Manage and coordinate face-to-face and online training programs, including scheduling, room/online bookings, pre- and post-participant communications, and room setup where required.
  • Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys and suggest improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Assist with administration tasks, including but not limited to, administering the learning management systems (LMS), responding to L&D enquiries from employees, tracking training expenses, and reporting.
  • Foster a learning culture through internal communication, contact with stakeholders, and by championing learning opportunities throughout the business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar learning and development role, including LMS administration.
  • Experience in designing, creating, and delivering training (ideally including e-learning training) and assessment programs to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage with an audience.
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task according to business needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Education, or other relevant field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
