Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic discussions with key customers on our overall offering, navigating internal and external stakeholders at management and engineering levels.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities across Asia Pacific for Process Development, Flex Factories, Aseptic filling, complex hardware, and customized services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive in-depth commercial discussions with customers, increasing customer qualification and accelerating sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and track progress of opportunities, including design-in initiatives and forecasting performance against Operating Plan.
  • Work directly with project managers, lead system design engineers, process design engineers, and site implementation teams to deliver complex projects successfully.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years' experience in engineering/biopharma with a strong commercial track record in multiple Bioprocessing modalities.
  • Proven expertise in Product Management/Offering/Large deals with a deep understanding of manufacturing and engineering knowledge, including quality and regulatory understanding of Bioprocessing modalities, Gene Therapy, and mRNA fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and influence negotiations internally and externally.
Travel and Physical Requirements:
  • Up to 50% travel within ANZ and internationally.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
