**Job Title:** Senior Administration Officer
The Alzheimer's Queensland team is seeking an experienced Senior Administration Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to our State Manager and Senior Leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and preparing documents and reports.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-level administrative support to the State Manager and Senior Leadership, including managing correspondence and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, comprehensive reports, and presentations with accuracy.
- Be responsible for preparing meeting agendas and minute-taking.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Provide office support to team members and other departments as required.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the State Manager and Senior Leadership as required.
- Monitor and update compliance-related documentation, ensuring accurate records are available for audits.
- Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Draft and distribute communication materials on behalf of the QLD State Manager and Senior Leadership team.
