We are seeking a skilled and professional Client Support Officer to join our small but dynamic team. At Mt Gravatt Community Centre / Queensland Ageing and Disability Support Services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client care while fostering a supportive and fulfilling work environment for our staff. This full-time role is all about providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients, offering boutique-style assistance that reflects our commitment to quality service in the aged care sector.
In this phone-based role, you will be the first point of contact for clients enquiring about programs, services, and general information. Whether it’s providing information on minor home modifications, home support services, helping clients understand their eligibility for a program, or triaging calls to other parts of the centre, your ability to listen attentively and respond professionally will make all the difference.

As a Client Support Officer, you will:
- Provide accurate information about our services and programs, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
- Triage client needs and escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate team member or department.
- Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system to ensure compliance and seamless client service.
- Support the team with administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
- Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a phone-based role, handling inbound enquiries with care and professionalism.
- Strong administrative skills, including accurate data entry and adherence to record-keeping and process standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly verbal, to ensure clarity and understanding with clients.
- A friendly, empathetic demeanour and a passion for delivering excellent client care.
- The ability to learn quickly, adapt to new systems, and multitask in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with call centre technology, CRM systems (experience with AlayaCare is highly regarded), and Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive approach to resolving support issues and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in the aged care sector is a plus, but a genuine eagerness to learn and grow in this field is equally valued.

**Essential Requirements**
- A current National Police Check or the ability to obtain one prior to commencement.
- A QLD Driver's Licence.
- Relevant experience in customer service and administration.

Role is paid at the relevant award level according to Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award 2024
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
