About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Membership and Experience Sales Officer. As a key member of our Consumer Business team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving membership sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members, customers, and stakeholders through various channels, including face-to-face, email, and phone communication.
  • Drive membership sales and retention through inbound and outbound sales efforts, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Support with all enquiries related to the Melbourne Renegades and Melbourne Stars brands, including match day activities and tickets, membership sales, and club information.
  • Process membership and events through our CRM membership system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Deliver tactical outbound telephone campaigns to drive membership retention and acquisition.
  • Provide match day membership and ticketing support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate and up-to-date personal details are entered into the CRM system, in accordance with relevant legislation and our clubs' Privacy Policy.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously to achieve daily sales targets. You will also be responsible for ensuring all membership enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, while maintaining an excellent level of customer service.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification or third-year student in a related discipline.
  • Customer service and administrative experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in reporting and data capturing.
  • Archtics experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (or arranged on appointment).
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle.
