Job Description:You will be responsible for supporting Senior Relationship Managers to provide value to Agribusiness customers across regional markets. This role involves managing and growing our business customer portfolio while being a key part of the customer's relationship.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with Senior Relationship Managers to manage customer relationships, respond to client queries, and administer customer portfolios.
- Extract and analyze financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and other complex reports to provide accurate assessments and identify lending risk.
- Support a risk management culture and proactively escalate risks and issues related to your role responsibilities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a positive Safety and Wellbeing culture.
- A genuine desire to work regionally and establish or grow your connection to regional areas.
- Demonstrated experience in growing and retaining a customer base.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and commercial skills.
- Ability to make effective decisions, negotiate, and plan and organize.
