Regional Customer Growth Manager

As a Regional Customer Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and retention of our regional customer base. You will work closely with senior managers to develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow our portfolio of business customers in regional markets.
  • Support senior relationship managers in providing value to agribusiness customers across various channels.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services is an advantage.
