">- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute end-to-end campaign processes from strategy and build through to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Targeted Communications: Build, test, and launch segmented communications through the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring high standards in QA, segmentation, and dynamic content setup.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reports. Work closely with the team to surface insights, drive learnings, and make recommendations that optimise future campaigns.
- Loyalty Enhancement: Contribute to evolving the White Fox Loyalty Club, help deliver creative messaging across customer touch points, and uncover new opportunities to drive engagement and retention.
