Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating on data-driven campaigns via owned channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate effective relationships with marketing teams, vendors, and partners to drive campaign development and execution.
  • Develop strategic communication plans to engage members and drive results through segment strategies.
  • Manage the day-to-day comms calendar and facilitate weekly meetings with property teams to align and coordinate on comms schedules.
Requirements
  • Broad experience in customer-facing roles or CRM software packages such as Unica, Responses, Silverpop & Salesforce.
  • Strong technical skills with software packages and background in entertainment and hospitality advantageous.
