Innovative Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to spearhead the design and delivery of innovative customer engagement solutions utilizing the Braze platform.
Daily Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative ideas into technical requirements for the Braze platform.
- Develop rapid prototypes to assess technical viability and respond to client briefs.
- Ensure seamless data integration with internal and external teams, leveraging client data securely, effectively, and efficiently.
- Expert-level skills in a major customer engagement platform (Salesforce, Adobe, Braze).
- Preferential consideration given to candidates with Braze experience.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong working knowledge of modern marketing data tools and integration patterns, focusing on data-driven targeting, personalization, and reporting.
