We are seeking a skilled Warranty Claims Expert to join our team. This role involves adjudicating warranty, goodwill, and extended claims per OEM policies, recalls, and campaigns.
- Utilize OEM guidelines and local bulletins to advise on warranty claims; ensure prompt and accurate adjudication.
- Support dealers with claim resolution, training, and timely responses to warranty-related queries.
- Manage and submit claims via SAP or designated systems; reconcile monthly OEM credit notes.
- Assist in policy reviews and system testing; support IT during upgrades and maintain training materials.
- Analyse data trends with technical teams; contribute to ACL case assessments and third-party repairer communications.
- Enhance customer experience by supporting escalations, providing PWA authorisations, and conducting warranty training sessions.
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years' warranty experience at dealership or OEM level, with strong Excel and SAP skills. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills are essential, as well as a high level of accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Requirements:

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
