About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated administrator to undertake warranty administration for the service department and manage warranties.

  • Ensure all manufacturer guidelines are adhered to in the processing of warranty claims.
  • Adhere to dealership warranty policies and procedures.
  • Maximise warranty labour recovery, minimising lost hours.
  • Develop full knowledge of brand warranty policies, reducing audit risks.
  • Meet set monthly closed RO targets.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an administrator or coordinator in a similar field.
  • Experience with premium brands and automotive DMS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
