About the PositionThe successful candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental or related field. Cert IV Training / Assessing would be highly regarded.
Responsibilities- Deliver training and provide expert advice to supervisors and personnel onsite.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental or related field.
- Cert IV Training / Assessing desirable.
- Previous experience in the haulage, transport and freight industry highly regarded.
- Experience in a FIFO position essential.
- A family-friendly 8:6 roster.
- An opportunity to work on an exciting new contract.
