An extraordinary opportunity awaits a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Ayers Rock Resort, nestled in the heart of Australia's Red Centre.

We are seeking a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery qualified professional who is highly experienced in 5-star restaurant operations to lead our kitchen with excellence. As a key member of our culinary team, your primary objective will be to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests while driving sustainable and profitable outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with senior chefs to create innovative menus, manage inventory, schedule staff, and procure kitchen supplies for the Pastry Kitchen and Bakery;
  • Work seamlessly with the Executive Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations and ensure efficiency;
  • Perform all kitchen and service duties, including cleaning, food preparation, cooking, and guest service;
  • Support chefs as needed across various kitchen sections according to the Head Chef's directives.

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, based on experience;
