About the Opportunity

Programmed's Property Services department is currently seeking a skilled Horticultural Tradesperson to provide grounds maintenance, gardening, and development services across our client's site, Crown Sydney in Sydney CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that delivers exceptional grounds maintenance and gardening services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
• Provide expert horticulture knowledge to the team
• Pruning and shaping across the grounds
• Operate a range of mowers and other small plant equipment
• Weed & pest control – spraying and manual weeding
• Ensure compliance of all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a horticulture qualification, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualification or experience in horticultural parks and gardens, gardening, and landscaping
• Current driver's license
• Current working with children's check
• Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
• Execute work that is of a high standard
• Strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems
