Opportunity for Experienced Sous Chef

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to fill the role of Senior Culinary Leader at El Camino Cantina EQ. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to build their career in a dynamic and growing business.

About the Role
  • This full-time position involves working closely with our team to create an exciting atmosphere and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a high-performing kitchen team to achieve excellent food quality, presentation, and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement menu ideas that align with our brand's Tex-Mex concept.
  3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory management and control costs effectively.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume establishment.
  • Prior experience in leading teams and managing staff performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • A flexible approach to working across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights.
