Key Responsibilities

The Proposal Coordinator plays a vital role in creating strong and profitable customer relationships for Optus Business.

The role requires collaboration with the Account Management and Pre-Sales teams to achieve this goal.

  • Assist in planning and executing proposals to build capability levels of account teams.
  • Support the sales team on tenders and delivery of new sales orders.
  • Work with the commercial team to update pricing and contract variations.
  • Develop and manage proposal delivery internal governance processes for stakeholder approval.
  • Gather information required from teams and clients to develop documentation.
  • Implement processes and procedures to bring opportunities to close and claim.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Establish robust governance processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship is required for Security Clearance purposes.
  • ICT or Telecommunications background is advantageous but not essential.
  • Knowledge of voice Products, NetAccess DSL, Mobile products, and Data Products.
  • Excellent organisation, Project Management, and time management skills.
  • Strong Communication, Customer Focus, and relationship building skills.
  • Professional Presentation experience.
  • Proven track record of critical time management and task prioritisation.
