Job Title:

Performance Manager

Description of the Role:

This is a high-impact national role that involves leading cross-functional projects focused on maintenance transformation, planning optimisation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading maintenance performance and improvement programs in automated environments.

About Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong industry knowledge of regulations and standards related to plant and equipment, including Federal Government's Security of Critical Infrastructure Act, Management of Plant Code of Practice, and other regulatory requirements and best-practice guidelines.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software (SAP and/or MEX preferred) and compliance tracking tools.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects focused on maintenance transformation, planning optimisation, and continuous improvement.
