About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Infrastructure Programs team. As a key member of our Digital & Information group, you will be responsible for delivering complex digital infrastructure transformations that meet the needs of our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful build, delivery, and testing of digital infrastructure programs, including all digital portfolio, digital transformation, and service enhancements.
  • Implement Urban Utilities' digital and data strategy in a cost-effective way that optimizes business outcomes, employee experience, and minimizes impact.
  • Develop and maintain a leading digital capability that meets the expectations of our people and business.
  • Ensure the operational and business readiness of all infrastructure programs to ensure they are fit for handover to the D&I operations team and fit for business purpose.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Program/Project Management, Computer Science, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Significant industry knowledge and experience in IT program management, leading teams to deliver complex solutions in challenging environments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital infrastructure technologies across ICT, OT, data, and IoT domains.
  • Proficiency in ITIL and Azure environments.
  • Expertise in delivering infrastructure architecture, including SAN and highly available server and network architectures.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction planning.
  • Significant demonstrated experience running a similar multi-function unit in a large organization, ideally with a customer-centric model.
