Program Controls Lead Job Summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Program Controls Lead to lead program controls on large and highly complex infrastructure programs. This role will play an integral part in our ANZ regional Program Management business line leadership and contribute to the strategy and direction of Program Management and Controls function.

About the Role

We are currently looking for Program Controls specialists to lead program controls on major infrastructure programs in Aviation, Energy, Urban Development, and Water sectors. The successful candidate will have experience in leading program controls for major client programs in infrastructure and will be responsible for managing and coordinating program controls for large programs, providing senior-level oversight for program controls activities, and spearheading innovative strategies to streamline processes and enhance collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Program Controls for large programs, that are of high strategic value and have the highest level of execution complexity.
  • Provide senior-level oversight for Program Controls activities including leading the coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the program objectives.
  • Spearhead and implement innovative strategies to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and optimize efficiency and productivity across the program.
  • Use your visionary technical leadership to set the strategic direction for program controls, ensuring alignment with AECOM's broader business objectives.

Qualifications

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired: significant experience of leading program controls on major infrastructure programs, a bachelor's degree (or master's degree) in a relevant field such as Project Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline, and a high level of technical expertise in establishing, managing, and maintaining a robust and realistic baseline, assessing performance, and providing meaningful analysis to support the proactive management of the program.
