Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Controls Director to lead program controls on large and complex infrastructure programs. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading program controls on major infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of program controls principles and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate program controls for large programs, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with program objectives.
  • Provide senior-level oversight for program controls activities, including leading coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program.
  • Spearhead and implement innovative strategies to streamline processes and enhance collaboration, ultimately optimizing efficiency and productivity across the program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience in leading program controls on major infrastructure projects, ideally 15+ years in a program controls leadership role.
  • Track record of deploying and managing program controls processes, tools, methodologies, and decisions on major projects.
  • Extensive understanding of program controls principles and processes, with the ability to provide insights, thought leadership, and evolution of the discipline.
  • Demonstrate a high level of technical expertise in establishing, managing, and maintaining a robust and realistic baseline, assessing performance, and providing meaningful analysis to support proactive program management.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $250,000 to $300,000, depending on the location and the candidate's experience.
