Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the enhancement of our Name and Address Register as part of our Digital Infrastructure Program.

This is a critical role where you will manage the end-to-end cleansing process, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and alignment with our Digital Strategy.

You will play a pivotal role in coordinating the design and delivery of effective and responsive information systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the enhancement and cleansing ensuring data quality and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement agreed business standards for data capture and cleansing operations.
  • Lead change management efforts, coordinating implementation, testing, training, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance to ensure the integrity of the system, with strong controls on data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including analysts, developers, and vendors, to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in project management and business analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of personal detail registry functions within a government environment is desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex relationships.
  • Proven experience in managing significant corporate projects and teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle conflicting priorities in a dynamic environment.
