Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a high level of Banking Product knowledge, including Transactions Accounts, Insurance, Term Deposits, and Credit Cards.Ability to effectively communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.Quickly learn new systems and processes.Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry - a plus but not essential.
