Job Description: As a Senior Lending Professional, you will leverage your extensive experience in lending to drive growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and establish referral partnerships to build a strong pipeline
  • Guide customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing confidence and peace of mind as they achieve their financial goals
  • Strengthen presence in the local community by building personal brand, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding network through events
  • Leverage credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes
  • Develop lasting relationships within the community, positioning yourself as a trusted lending expert

To succeed in this role, you'll drive lending growth by building strong relationships, acquiring new business, and becoming the go-to lending expert in the area.

We're looking for someone with extensive consumer lending experience, strong networks, and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities. You'll also have a high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations, as well as highly developed credit analysis skills.
