This is a permanent, full-time position that can be located at the Community Bank.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive consumer lending experience – this is essential.
  • Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities.
  • A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
  • An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills.
  • An understanding of small business offerings.
  • A self-motivated, high-performing approach, with a proven track record of consistently delivering lending growth.
