We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Mundaring, Western Australia.

The role involves building strong relationships with the local community, identifying new business opportunities, and driving lending growth.

  • Community Presence: Build your personal brand, nurture and leverage existing Community Bank relationships, and expand your network through active participation in local events.
  • Credit Analysis: Leverage your expertise to ensure positive lending outcomes and help future-proof their financial success.

Requirements:

  • Extensive consumer lending experience.
  • Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities.
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
