As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with the local community.

With your extensive consumer lending experience and expertise in developing tailored lending solutions, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers through strategic networking.

Your credit analysis skills and understanding of customer needs will ensure positive lending outcomes and help to future-proof their financial success.

You will also be expected to strengthen your community presence by building your personal brand, nurturing and leveraging existing Community Bank relationships, and expanding your network through active participation in local events.

Ultimately, your goal will be to become the go-to lending expert in the area, providing trusted advice and support to your customers.
