Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised plans to identify meaningful goals and practical strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and carers to implement evidence-based support plans that reflect the client's needs and preferences.
  • Ensure that all support plans are tailored to meet the client's unique circumstances and goals.
  • Develop and maintain the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support our clients.

Requirements:

  • You hold current registration with the relevant governing body as a Behaviour Specialist.
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • You have strong computer skills and excellent writing abilities.
  • You hold a valid Driver's Licence and own a reliable vehicle.
